Hi all - ok, here we go.  Time to start the big silly rides.

This weekend we have our first club 300km brevet of the year.  This ride is entitled, "Vaughan - Wittenburg 300".  The ride will assemble at the Armdale roundabout at 6AM on Saturday morning.

Link to the route is http://ridewithgps.com/routes/4841572

We'll head down the South Shore to Chester, then across to Windsor, then up the Kennetcook Valley to South Maitland and Shubenacadie, then on through Wittenburg to Musquodoboit Harbour and back into Dartmouth.

As this ride holds the possibility of not finishing until after dark, lights and reflective clothing is mandatory.  Bikes will be inspected at the start.

If you want to earn a medal for this ride, bring along $15 to the start with you.

Please let Mark know by Friday if you plan to attend so that I can prepare your brevet card for you.

For those who don't want to do the whole ride, you're welcome to come along for the ride out to Chester, then turn back (125km) or join us as far as Windsor then head back into town (190km).
