ride on Saturday May 2nd

Hello Randonneurs - there was another excellent turnout for last Saturday's ride to Rawdon - this weekend (thus far) the forecast looks even better - for Saturday May 2nd (or as some have been calling it, Saturday the 63rd of March).

Our scheduled ride is our first Century ride of the year, entitled, "Lake Egmont - Meagher's Grant" - if this name sounds familiar, we did the same route last year in the opposite direction.

The ride will assemble at Graham's Grove in Dartmouth to depart at 9AM.  (not 10AM - 9 o'clock, got it?).

The link to the route is Print off a copy of the cue sheet and bring it along with you please.

We'll head out the Waverley Road to Enfield for a stop at the new Tim's beside the Big Stop - then head behind the airport to Goff's and Lake Egmont then on to Middle Musquodoboit for a bite to eat, then down the scenic Musquodoboit Valley to the Harbour and back to the city via Porter's Lake.

For those who don't feel like riding a hundred miles - come on out anyway.  The shorter option is to ride with the group as far as Enfield, then head back to the city the same way for a 75km ride that will have you home shortly after lunch.

Hope to see another good crowd out this weekend!
