posted May 20, 2014, 5:23 PM by Mark Beaver
Hi all - coming this Saturday we have our 4th 200k brevet of the spring season.

This ride is entitled, "Kennetcook - South Maitland".  The ride will assemble at Graham's Grove in Dartmouth to depart at 8:00 AM.

Link to the route is http://ridewithgps.com/routes/2530544

We'll head out the Beaver Bank Road to Kennetcook and Noel, then on to South Maitland and Brookfield, then back in Route 2.  The ride along the Noel Shore from Noel to South Maitland is one on the most scenic in all of Nova Scotia.

If you plan to ride the brevet on Saturday please let me know by noon on Friday so that I can prepare brevet cards for you.

If you don't feel up to 200km but would still like to get in some distance, you can take the abbreviated versions: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/4781728

Ride with the brevet riders as far as Rawdon then peel off to Elmsdale and back into town, 120km.

Hope to see a good crowd out for this one!  Next week, they start getting silly long.
